I operate AI systems inside businesses. Here are their numbers, with dates.
Agents that answer and propose appointments on WhatsApp and Instagram, flows that charge and remind, custom internal tools. Every system is measured by what it changes in the business: confirmed appointments, out-of-hours replies, hours the team stops spending.
Seven questions, two minutes: I email you what I would automate first. The full diagnosis, with measurement and a report, comes later if it makes sense.
What would I automate first in your business?
Seven questions about how you answer, how you get paid and what you do by hand. I email you the three pieces I would start with and what I would measure before touching anything.

An aesthetic clinic, measured from the inside.
An agent has answered on WhatsApp and Instagram since 1 July 2026. It says it is an AI from the first message and hands the conversation to a person when needed.
- 8.4 s median time to first reply.
- 53% of conversations start outside the clinic’s opening hours.
- 75% of appointments reminded on WhatsApp are confirmed by the client in the chat itself.
The one in my favour and the one that isn’t.
of conversations are answered by the agent with nobody on the team stepping in.
of appointments are created by the owner. The agent cannot create appointments, by design: it answers, proposes and reminds.
Not in my favour. Published anywayHow a conversation travels
One of the four agents, at an aesthetic clinic. Numbers since 1 July 2026, measured on 9 October, test conversations excluded.
- 01 · Arrives 721 conversations: 562 on WhatsApp and 159 on Instagram. 53% start outside opening hours.
- 02 · AI disclosure 1st message The agent says it is an AI from the start, as Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires.
- 03 · Replies 8.4 s median time to first reply.
- 04 · Handles 89% of conversations answered by the agent with nobody on the team stepping in.
- 05 · Person in charge Always Any conversation can be handed to a person on the team. That is design; the notice that they are talking to an AI is the law.
- 06 · Appointment 84% of appointments are created by the owner. The agent proposes but cannot create them: a design decision.
- 07 · Reminds 75% of appointments reminded on WhatsApp are confirmed by the client in the chat itself.
Stop 06 is not in my favour and I show it anyway: the agent answers, proposes and reminds; a person books the appointment. Internal measurement at the clinic, 9 Oct 2026.
This is how it starts.
- 01
You tell me about your business
Seven questions in two minutes, or a message with what hurts. No mandatory meetings.
- 02
You confirm your email
I send you a link. Pressing “Confirm” says it is you and that you want the check: nobody can receive it in your name.
- 03
You get the quick check
The three things I would automate first and what I would measure before touching anything. I read it and reply in person.
- 04
A short, measurable pilot
If it makes sense, a full one-to-two-week diagnosis and a pilot with a starting figure and one to move. You decide whether we continue.
Three services. It always starts with the first.
- 01
Diagnosis
I look at how you answer, sell and charge today. I tell you which part can be automated, what it is worth and in what order.

Custom systems
I build and ship what the diagnosis calls for: from an agent or a flow to a complete digital product (a platform with customers and payments, an app, a system that publishes on its own). It starts with a short, measurable pilot.

Measure, build, review, operate.
- 01
Measure
Before building anything, I measure how it works today: conversations, out of hours, first reply, lost appointments.
- 02
Build
Custom. What exists gets reused; what doesn’t gets built.
- 03
Review
Two independent reviewers on every delivery, one of them a different model in a clean session. Nothing ships without an executed test.
- 04
Operate
A system is not delivered: it is operated, measured and fixed.
AI disclosure
The agent says it is an AI from the first message. Article 50 of the EU AI Act, in force since 2 Aug 2026.
Person in charge
There is always a person to hand the conversation to. That is design; the notice that they are talking to an AI is the law.

Aitor Mariscal.
I am an independent artificial intelligence and automation consultant. I design, build and operate systems that work inside a business. I do it alone, with a team of AI agents that I direct.
I don’t give talks or sell courses. What I sell is in production today: I operate it myself and publish its real numbers, including the ones that are not in my favour.

How much does it cost?
Prices are pending publication. What is decided is how it starts: a short diagnosis, delivered on a date with a report of numbers, before building anything.
Does your customer know they are talking to an AI?
Yes. The agent says so from the first message, as Article 50 of the EU AI Act, in force since 2 Aug 2026 requires.
What if the agent can’t answer?
It hands the conversation to a person on your team. There is always a person in charge.
Who maintains it once it works?
I do, with the Operation service: I operate it, measure it and fix it every month, with a report of numbers.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, with businesses anywhere. In person when it is needed.
Do you only do automation?
No. Automation is the fastest thing to measure, so that is where it starts. With the same method I build complete digital products: platforms with customers and payments, apps, websites that generate themselves, systems that publish video. If it is digital, it can be built and operated; you do not need to know how.
