The data controller is the owner shown in the box above. You can write to [email protected] about anything concerning your data.

Contact form: name, email, business name if you give it, and what you write. It is used only to answer you and, if you ask, to propose a call. The legal basis is your consent when sending the form and, afterwards, the pre-contractual steps you request (Article 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Quick check: your answers to the seven questions, name, email, business name and WhatsApp if you give them. Before sending the result I ask you to confirm the email with a link that expires after seven days; until you confirm, your answers only travel inside that link, signed so nobody can alter them but not encrypted, and are not stored anywhere; the email provider keeps that message under its own terms. When you confirm, the result reaches you by email, I get a copy with your answers to reply in person, and a fingerprint of the link, with no data in it, is kept for seven days so it cannot be used twice. To curb abuse, the number of submissions from each IP address is counted for one hour.

Browsing: this site uses no cookies or trackers. The server that serves it temporarily logs the IP address and the request for security reasons, as any web server does.

Form messages are sent by email through the site’s email delivery provider and received in a Google Workspace account; the site is served from a content delivery network. Each of them applies its own privacy terms. No data is shared with third parties except where legally required.

Messages are kept while the conversation lasts and, at most, for the applicable legal limitation periods. If there is no engagement, they are removed within a reasonable time after the last contact.

You can access your data, correct it, erase it, restrict or object to its processing and request its portability by writing to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

The agents and flows I build for clients process their customers’ data under each business’s responsibility and its own privacy policy. This site does not process them.
