Custom systems.
I build and put into production what comes out of the diagnosis: from an agent or a flow that charges to a complete digital product. What exists gets reused; what doesn’t gets built. Then I operate it.
Nothing ships without two independent reviews and an executed test.

What I build.

Conversational agents
They answer on WhatsApp and Instagram, propose appointments and send reminders. They say they are an AI from the first message and hand the conversation to a person when needed.
Today 4 in production, for four businesses · 10 Oct 2026 - B
Flows that charge and remind
Bookings, payments, WhatsApp reminders and card payment at booking time.
Today A clinic, since July 2026, with its own dashboard. A vehicle inspection station, with card payments, 2026 - C
Internal tools
What your team needs on the inside and nobody sells ready-made.
Today A quoting tool for the professionals of a kitchen manufacturer, 2026 - D
Integrations and infrastructure
I connect the new with what you already use, and run it on my own servers so you depend on nobody.
Today Omnichannel inbox, automations, invoicing, newsletters, SMS and forms, self-hosted - E
Complete digital products
When what you need is not an automation but a product: a platform with customers, payments and a dashboard; an app; a website that generates itself in several languages; a system that records, edits and publishes video. Built with the same method and explained plainly, without you having to know how it is done.
Today An AI website generator in six languages, with payments and automatic deployment, and 13 client web projects in 2026
How a project goes.
- 01
Diagnosis
One or two weeks. A report with numbers: what to automate, what it is worth, in what order.
- 02
Pilot
Short, measurable, with a date. A starting number and a number to move.
Timeline pending - 03
Build
Custom. Every delivery with two independent reviewers and its executed test.
- 04
Production
AI disclosure from the first message and a named person in charge.
- 05
Operation
Monthly. I operate, measure and fix. A report with numbers every month.
Every system carries its decisions in writing.
A custom system shows in what it decides not to do. Here are four, from systems running today.
- ·
Agent at an aesthetic clinic
It cannot create appointments. It answers, proposes and reminds; the owner creates the appointment.
Today 84% of appointments created by the owner (9 Oct 2026) - ·
Quoting tool for a kitchen manufacturer
Money is stored in whole cents. The pricing engine has tests as its source of truth. Professionals sign in by link, no password.
Today Pending - ·
My own LinkedIn outreach
No invitation, message or post goes out without a person approving it from Telegram.
Today 7 rounds of independent review before deploying (10 Oct 2026) - ·
Every agent
AI disclosure from the first message and a person to hand the conversation to.
Today Article 50 of the EU AI Act, in force since 2 Aug 2026
What I don’t do.
Build before measuring
First the diagnosis, with its numbers. Then, if it makes sense, the pilot.
Agents that pass as people
The AI disclosure goes in the first message, always.
Systems with nobody in charge
There is always a person to hand the conversation to.
Ship without review
Two independent reviewers, one of them a different model in a clean session, and the executed test.
Deliver and disappear
A system is operated, measured and fixed. That is what Operation is for.
Before we start.
How long does it take?
It depends on what the diagnosis finds. Reference timelines are pending publication.
Can I skip the diagnosis?
No. Before building anything I measure how your business works today; that gives the pilot its starting number.
Which channels do the agents work on?
The ones in production today answer on WhatsApp and Instagram.
What happens once it works?
It moves to Operation: I operate it, measure it and fix it every month, with a report of numbers.
