Diagnosis.
I look at how you answer, sell and charge today. I tell you which part can be automated, what it is worth and in what order. It is always the starting point: before building anything, a starting number.
Delivered on a date. If there is nothing worth automating, the report says so.
- Takes
- One or two weeks
- You get
- A report with numbers, delivered on a date
- Then
- A proposed pilot, short and measurable
- Price
- Pending
What I look at.
- A
How you answer
Where conversations come in, how many arrive out of hours, how long the first reply takes and how many go unanswered.
- B
How you book and charge
Lost appointments, reminders that never go out, payments chased by hand.
- C
What your team does by hand
Repeated tasks that need no judgement: copying data, sending the same message, moving information from one place to another.
- D
What you already have
Tools, accounts and integrations that exist. What exists gets reused; what doesn’t gets built.
How it goes.
- 01
Conversation
An hour with you: what hurts, what you have tried, what you don’t want touched.
- 02
Measurement
Read-only access to what you already use. I count conversations, appointments, times; I change nothing.
- 03
Report
What to automate, what it is worth, in what order and what is not worth it. Every number with its date.
- 04
Proposed pilot
One short piece, with a starting number and a number to move. You decide whether we go on.
What I don’t do.
Sell the build before measuring
The diagnosis is invoiced and delivered separately. Building afterwards is a separate decision.
Promise a result
I give you today’s number and the one I think can be moved. The promise is to measure it.
Recommend what I wouldn’t do myself
If a part is not worth automating, the report says so with the number in front of it.
Before we start.
How much does it cost?
The price is pending publication. What is decided: the diagnosis is invoiced and delivered separately, with no obligation to build anything afterwards.
What do you need from me?
An hour of conversation and read-only access to what you already use: WhatsApp, calendar, email, internal tools.
What if there is nothing to automate?
The report says so. It is as valid a result as the opposite, and it costs the same.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, with businesses anywhere. In person when it is needed.
Do you only do automation?
No. Automation is the fastest thing to measure, so that is where it starts. With the same method I build complete digital products: platforms with customers and payments, apps, websites that generate themselves, systems that publish video. If it is digital, it can be built and operated; you do not need to know how.
